My complaint:
I have two accounts with straight talk I purchased a dual service plan card for two phones on one account they added half of it to one number they said they added it to the other number but there was a technical problem on their end but rest assured it was added but now it’s a lost and can’t be found in
Suggested solution:
They should add the service card they found it said they would add it and now they can't find it
