My complaint:
On July 29th of 2023 at 10:45 a.m. eastern standard time I talked to a gentleman named Jill I was paying for another 7 Days of service which I was promised by this gentleman that I would have a free month worth of service after doing a survey with him the survey took place from the phone number 611-611 via text at 10:46 Eastern standard type.
I have called straight talk many times they have no regulation of a free service nor can they tell me that they have recordings about the free service the conversation that occurred with the gentleman named Jill someone needs to contact me as soon as possible I don’t appreciate being lied to and promise something that does not come through this is concerning the phone number.

By honoring the Free month of service that I was promised to by Jill customer service
