My complaint:
My data and hot spot aren’t working and customer service pretty much tells me they don’t know what to tell me and my account is fine when it clearly is not cuz I would be able to use my data and Hotspot and to be treated the way their customer service has treated me is beyond words for me
Suggested solution:
Fix my service and credit the time that I haven't been able to use it and at this point its a week
