My complaint:
I bought a View 3 Just Last week when I went to hook it up my phone froze Let me back up . I called the number on bank of the red activation card inside of phone So I’m assuming Straight talk knows what they are doing. Well they had shut my old phone off. And I’m holding a phone that does not work and my old phone thats been turned off. Per Straight talk I called and called finally at 1044 central time. Straight talk answers. Only to hang up on me because they close at 1045 central time.. ok I’m without a cell having to use my roommate cell the next morning to resolve problem. I asked that I get credit from 9 pm till 9 am next morning .. he said oh no no way to go e you credit and hung up on me
