My complaint:

My husband bought 12.00 worth of salmon on Feb4, 2021. It was wrapped in plastic with the bar code sticker on it. I immediately put it in the freezer. Yesterday I defrosted it, and when I unwrapped it, it smelled terrible. I threw it out and saved the barcode sticker and the wrapper that the seafood dept wrapped it in. I took the wrapper and bar code back to the store today. They didn’t want to refund my money because I didn’t have a receipt. The price was on the sticker and why would I save a receipt from Feb 4? Then they got the manager. Another idiot who couldn’t understand why I have the wrapper but not the receipt. Maybe I was supposed to anticipate that the fish was rotten when I froze it. They finally gave me the $12.00 on a gift card. This is the third time in 8 months that the salmon has been spoiled. I will never buy fish in that store again. And your courtesy desk needs to learn what courtesy means.

Stop selling rotten fish. I’m sure they could smell it in the fish dept.
