My complaint:
I called Stop Shop customer service at 2:30 p.m. I explained to the girl that I went shopping the day before and purchase $20 worth of promotional reward Point items Dawn dishwashing detergent. Promotional item was worth 500 points. The girl told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to add 500 points to my account. Two and a half hours later I called and told her nothing was added. Now she wants to tell me I bought the wrong item after telling me earlier she would add the 500 points.. I asked her for the phone number to corporate and she said she don’t have it but somebody will call me within 72 hours. I’ve been shopping there weekly for years but now I will start to go to ShopRite not too far away
