My complaint:
Pharmacy 0523 has by far the worst people working behind the counter. They don’t answer the phones on whole days. The pharmacist with the glasses is just a nasty unhappy man who’d prefer to minimize any work he might need to do.
Suggested solution:
Have someone who won't judge another and not walk away or snap while still being spoken to.
