My complaint:
There is no way that paper bags are sturdy enough for parents , or senior citizens to carry groceries in paper bags just a gallon of milk will have
those bags rip. What is wrong that people can not see it. When it is raining out the bags are really no good and then you have people in Boston paying for them.
Suggested solution:
Change them back to plastic please right away.
