My complaint:
I just went to Stop shop on Cottage st Pawtucket and as I was driving through to get to the parking at the first door. I feel into a huge whole and there was no way of avoiding it and it looked like it was just a puddle. Cars were coming toward me on the left side so there was no way of avoiding it. I talked to a gentleman when I went inside and told him I wanted to talk to the manager but they informed me that Stop Shop didn’t own the parking lot. So now I have a huge rattle under my car and I’m hoping it’s not a big deal. I called my mechanic and he told me to come by tomorrow or Tuesday and he will take a look. So could you let me know what I should do now if something is lose or hanging. I’d appreciate it very much. I spent 42.00$ and now that trip probably cost me probably 100$. So please contact me regarding who I would talk to. I did take a picture coming out. Sincerely Tonimarie
Suggested solution:
If something is lose or hanging under my car I think they would be liable for my car to get fixed. Hopefully it's not anything big. It could of made a sensor go off. I sure hope so.
