My complaint:
On Saturday, February 13, 2021 I went to Stop Shop and had to park in handicap because I am handicap. Had to walk all the way around to the other side where I was parked at and they do not have enough handicap parking available to those who need to park in handicap parking.
Suggested solution:
I would like Stop Shop to contact the owner of the property and have them put in more handicap parking because what they have is insufficient. So they are not in compliance with ADA. Also, contact there Fire Marshall and tell them that Stop and Shop needs to comply with ADA and cannot have just one entrance and exit of the building.
