My complaint:
MY 88-YEAR-OLD MOTHER WHO HAS BEEN GOING TO THE SAME STOP AND SHOP FOR THE PAST 30 PLUS YEARS WAS FOLLOWED OUT OF THE STORE BY AN EMPLOYEE NAMED PATRICIA ACCUSED HER OF STEALING. SHE SHOWED HER THE RECEIPT AND PATRICIA TOOK THE RECEIPT INSIDE THE STORE. MY FATHER AND I THEN WENT TO MEET WITH THE STORE MANAGER ON THE SAME DAY 518 SHE THEN TOLD US NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT BUT SHE BELIEVE MY MOTHER DID TAKE AN ITEM AS THE RECEIPT SAID SHE ONLY SPENT $11.06.I ASKED HER TO LOOK AT THE CAMERAS IF SHE DID TAKE SOMETHING i WOULD PAY FOR IT SHE TOLD ME IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL NOT TO WORRY. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING SWEPT UNDER THE RUG SO I CONTACTED CORPORATE SPOKE TO CONSTANCE INFORMED HER WHAT HAPPEND THIS WAS ON 519 AM. LATER THAT MORNING I GET A CALL FROM SANDRA WHO CLAIM PATRICIA STATED SHE DID NOT TAKE THE RECEIPT FROM MY MOTHER THEN WHY DID SANDRA THE MANAGER TELL ME SHE SAW THE RECEIPT AND MY MOTHER BROUGHT MORE FOR $11.06 HOW DID SHE KNOW THE AMOUNT IF MY MOTHER STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT. MY MOM IS AN ELDERLY YOU DO NOT RUN OUT OF A STORE YELLING AT HER ACCUSING HER STEALING WITHOUT AND APOLOGY
