My complaint:
I recently went to stop and shop to purchase an item that was on sale. I had multiple coupons and was told they could order. After returning several times to check on order I was told management said that the department couldn’t order. I returned and asked for rain checks and the manager who is rude and nasty said that even if I come in every day he’s not going to give me more than one rain check. He yelled and said he’s the store manager and he can do what he wants. I’ve continually been, hassled, harassed and humiliated by this idiot and I will be taking someone to video his actions and file a legal complaint. I’ve contacted the corporate number and never have received a call back
