My complaint:
According to stop and shop website and google. It states Stop and Shop at 7417 Grand Ave closes Mon-Sat at 1am. I work nights till 11:30pm and after work. I went to stop and shop to try to quickly get a milk and bread. I arrived around 12:17am and I was told by a guy. In a black sweater, smoking a cigarette that stop and shop was closed. I then said, “Oh I thought it was open because on the website it says open till 1am”. He then says that the hours on the website are wrong. They’re always changing it and it never gets updated when it should but that stop and shop closes on midnight. If the store supposedly closes at 12am then why does it state 1am in the official website. This isn’t the first time this stop and shop has done this and it’s annoying. I think they’re closing the store early so they can leave early.
Suggested solution:
If they close at midnight then the hours should reflect on the website and post them around the store. False misrepresentation of store hours is annoying and frustrating.
