Stop and Shop complaint: Extremely Disrespectful

My complaint:

I was at customer service and Ms. Allison was doing my lotto tickets on 22721 a 2:03. The tickets weren’t going through and I Informed Ms. Allison that there is a problem with the machine and they know they need a new one. I also let her know that when this happens her. Co-workers usually open the machine. She became offended and Extremely disrespectful and told me not to tell her how to do her job. I informed her that I’m not telling her how to do her job just making a suggestion because there was a line behind me and she was going to enter the last 3 tickets by hand which was 15 games. And then I needed to check each ticket for accuracy. Just a suggestion. Again, with a very nasty tone she then informed me that she didn’t know how to open the machine. At which time I became angry and said I would never work at a station and didn’t know everything about that station especially when dealing with customers. I also added that I would never tell a customer that I didn’t know how to do something. She should have kept that to herself. I believe she was frustrated she had a line, no help and she didn’t know how to do something so she took it out on me which is totally unacceptable. I’m 62 years old and I’ve been coming to this store for the past 35 years and have never been spoken to in such a tone and with such disrespect.

Suggested solution:

Allison needs to be reprimanded. She needs to be retrained in courtesy, respect, problem solving and trained on how to operate and problem solve when working the lotto machine. Finally, she needs anger management. I know this will prevent this type of behavior from and employee.
