My complaint:

I have shopped at your store for 30 yrs. I am usually satisfied with the service. Since you started the digital coupon gimmick, I hate to shop. It takes me 12 to 1 hour to choose the coupons and get into the site. Then I get to the store and the items are not available. I sometimes can’t tell if the item is just on sale of a digital coupon. Shopping now take at least 1hr or more and I don’t get what if went for. Take a hint from Aldi’s, no gimmicks, no coupons, fast checkout and the carts are not all over the parking lot and hitting my car. I don’t mind renting the cart for .25 or bagging my own groceries. The have reasonable prices.

On December 23, 2002 I received an email for FREE DAY At Stop & Shop for Almond breeze Milk Extra Creamy that had to be clipped by December 24th and puchased by Jan.5, 2023. I clipped coupon that day with was before the deadline of Dec. 24th. On Jan 4th I went into the store at Corman, NY and tried to purchase Extra Creamy Almond Milk. It was supposed to be free and when I was at register it did not come up as free. I searched my phone for clipped coupon and found that it was wiped out. Unbelievable?… Read more »
