My complaint:
Hi,
On several occasions I have been coming to South Bay SS it is the most convenient accessible market in my area. As of the past several months I have been bombarded by loitering people in the front with disgusting dispositions nodding, smoking whatever it is that they are smoking, and eating from the pre-sliced deli meats, and the cooked foods. After witnessing all of that I will never buy from either one of those stations. I found myself at another location that is away from my home just to get groceries. It is totally unsanitary not to mention very dangerous. Furthermore, construction is taking place while people are shopping and when I ask a worker where I can find an item they cannot tell me. Please let me know what is being done about this situation? It has brought the store and it’s value down to where I will not shop there anymore. I have never seen anything like it! Covid-19 is not an excuse I visit other locations that don’t share the same commonality as this particular branch. I should be able to shop at my nearest branch if need be. What about the people that don’t have access to a vehicle, and this is the only store they have access to?

This is a question you as a store need to answer. What are you going to do about it? I am sure this is not the only complaint you have received. I can give suggestions all day if I am not the one implementing and deploying the plan my suggestions are useless.
