My complaint:
It was bad enough in the old days when you wanted to get change from a store and they said, no sir, you have to buy something. OK, bad enough. But now I’m going to stop and shop and I specifically need $10 bills for my children. I asked the girl that’s possible before I make my purchase she says yes. I spent $60 in groceries and then she says she misunderstood me. I said that’s OK just give me change for a 20, two 20’s actually. She says, I can’t open the register. It took every bit of willpower for me to not get angry but I knew it wasn’t directly her fault. However, the policy stinks that it’s not right after I spend that money there. You will never see me in your store again. Super Walmart is up the road, as much as I’d rather not buy Walmart and patronize my local business, they are far less expensive.
Suggested solution:
Change the policy!!!
