My complaint:
I purchased a 24 pack of Stop Shop AcadiaSpring Water. On December 11, 2020. I went to recycle the water bottles at the recycling center of their store, the machine would not read the barcode. I went inside to the customer service counter I explained to the manager that the machine would not take their brand in the recycling machine. The manager was rude and refused to help me he just shrugged his shoulders. I understand about Covid but he could have told me he couldn’t take the bottles back but give me the money that I had to pay to purchase the water bottles. Since the store is charging me the deposit for the water bottles.
Suggested solution:
Give me the deposit money for 24 bottles that I could not return.
