My complaint:
I am making this complaint because I had a situation with a associate in the Niantic Connecticut Stop and shop that is unacceptable. I had an associate name Sean approach me in an act of violence yelling. As soon as he began to tell I yelled back and it became a back and forth confrontation. I told him to move away from my face and he did not. A manager came to literally pull him back away from me. As an HR manager, managing 400 plus associate, I know that is not the proper training a new associate should be presenting in their place of employment.
Suggested solution:
If I was managing that particular stop and shop, I would be concerned about having an associate bringing an act of violence to their place of employment.
