My complaint:

Hi,

I sold a pair of trainers through StockX. The sale was based on a euro amount of €164.00. I’ve only received a amount of €154.68.

I have resolve the issue and StockX have failed to resolve the issue and are claiming it’s PayPal fees. PayPal have taken no fees and the sale was not based on a dollar transaction it’s was sold as a euro amount of €164.00.

Suggested solution:

Either StockX send me the remaining balance of €9.32 or send the trainers back as the agreed payment has not been received.
