My complaint:
I was humiliated and put under suspicion as soon as I enter the grocery store. I was doing grocery shopping and people kept coming over to me and I felt uncomfortable. As I was approaching the checkout a group mob kept approaching me. Then a store worker or manager started pulling g my grocery items out of my cart without my permission. She was touching my vegetables and all I was doing was setting up my items for checkout. She didn’t speak to me and she didn’t tell me why my groceries were being removed. Then she brought over the butcher to if I requested items in my cart. I felt defamed.
Suggested solution:
I feel humiliated and disappointed that I was targeted and i don't know what they can do to make up for it.
