My complaint:

Complaint about statefarm not representing their insured properly. Claims adjustors made decision of my mother Yvonne Moss of being 100% at fault when the adjustor did not call the witness i provided the contact information and also did not receive the pictures of my moms vehicle yet. From the pictures it is very clear my mother was hit on the driver side which caused her to flip onto passenger side and the other vehicles severe damage to the front of his car clearly tells you that he did not stop as he claims and was speeding. But yet Cindy Green has repeatedly told me my mother hit him. I understand my mother admitted she did not know the traffic light was out and she thought she had a green light so she did not stop at the intersection however I am saying the other vehicle did not stop either as you can see from the damage in the pictures. Cindy Green Saud she made her decision off the statements given my mom admitted she didnt stop and other driver claims he did. She said it’s simple abd that’s what she went with despite given new evidence which would be the pictures I provided. She became very rude and told me even if the other vehicle didn’t stop abd was speeding it wouldn’t matter because he claims he stopped and my mom admitted she did not. I feel she is discriminating against my mother because if her age

At fault Decision should be 50/50
