My complaint:
On December 24th 2021 at 1:00pm A 19 year old girl totaled my vehicle with the rental she was driving. When St Farm was contacted claim number 1128W210J was filed. And I was told I had to pay for the rental as well as deducting my deductable from an determined property value amount. When that was turned down, i was told there is nothing St Farm can do to help me and I have to take it up with the at fault insurance on my own. It is now four weeks later and nothing has been done on either side. no rental. no settlement. I feel very strongly that St Farm has let me down and all the commercials are false advertising.
Suggested solution:
All I am asking for from the at fault insurance is a comparable vehicle, which i cannot find for less that $20,000. St Farm should stand behind and fight for their clients.
