My complaint:

Twice, in the last two years, the offices of Anthony Anderson, Omaha, Nebraska, has led my Lending institution to believe I would no longer carry Hazard Insurance, due to cancellation on a future date. This has caused my wife and I a lot of anxiety and fear, that our policy would be cancelled or was already cancelled. But, escrow, being funded as usual, would normally cover the re-issue of the policy, but the Offices of Anderson had given no indication to the Credit Union that in fact the policy would reissue. This gave rise to my credit union issuing notices of non-compliance of the Mortage Agreement.

Suggested solution:

I request that an apology in writing be sent to our home address, from Mr. Anderson's office for having twice led my Lender conclude that I was no longer covered by the policy I have paid and continue to pay for over 20 years. Further, I have initiated a transfer of my polices to a different State Farm Agent in my area, and request this happen immediately.
