My complaint:
I sold my camper on 93021. My Agent filed a VEHICLE WITHDRAWL FROM USE on 101121. State Farm was still charging the Premium for this Policy on the December 2021 bill (all my policies are paid on a monthly Plan). State Farm only wants to credit a small fraction of the payments charged since the Sale of the camper. My Agent and I are in total agreement that this is Incorrect. He has contacted State Farm and I have contacted State Farm. Both of us are getting a total runaround and haven’t gotten any answers from State Farm. I have been with State Farm since 1964.
Suggested solution:
I want a direct call from Upper Management at State Farm (as the regular Customer Serv. Agents have refused to let me speck to some-one in Upper Management. I DO NOT want them dumping this on my agent, since He and I are already on agreement on this issue.
