My complaint:
I recently had become aware that there was something wrong with my policy. I only found out when I was taking my car out of storage and had called to place my vehicle back on active status. I was being quoted my new price when the person told me about my charges for each car, she gave me same price for my 2001 f150 (which is full coverage) my 1997 Oldsmobile (liability) and that the vehicle I was putting back on active (2006 Cadillac) was going to be more for full coverage. I asked about the strange prices and ask her why she told me of a ticket. I told her about ticket when I first opened my claim.
Suggested solution:
I want an investigation and if there is something wrong, I would like the person arrested fired who did my claim to be fired. thank you.
