My complaint:
I ordered a new printer from Staples. When printer came, I set it up and first time I printed had a big black line down the whole page. The printer was defective. Called staples and they gave me a a full refund and said package would be pick up by May 2nd. It was never picked up called yesterday and again today. They said pick up will be between 9 and 5 today Again no courier. What kind of comany is this. MY first and last time . I will never deal with Staples again.
