My complaint:
I just came from your Staples Hackensack store where I always go for my stationery needs…until now. I wanted to purchase a caddy (Staples Adjustable File Caddy, Black (52140)) which I have purchased many times in the past; I use them to mount my file cabinets to make it easier to move them around. It used to cost about $30. Would you believe it now costs $45, a 50% increase. Needless to say I was very disappointed, the idea that a reputable company like Staples would make an absurd price increase like that.
A dissatisfied customer.
Suggested solution:
send me a $15 coupon so I can purchase the caddy at what it should cost.
