My complaint:
I went into the store I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 15 years. Their copy machine has been broken for weeks. I asked the behind the counter worker to print from my flash drive, just have I have done hundreds of times. She would not let me show her which file to print. I have shown dozens of workers and store managers dozens if not hundreds of times.
This wanta be new manager came over totally out of control. He began swearing at me, threatened to call the cops… told the employee to call the cops..she refused…He began screamed GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY STORE…in front of a store full of people.
I said I was going to file a complaint with corporate… he began his FUCK YOU screams at the top of his lungs again… Followed me out onto the sidewalk and said GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY STORE. Last time I checked that is public property.
This jerk needs to be kicking rocks… I am going to talk with an attorney on Tuesday.
Suggested solution:
FIRE HIM, and get a person apology from corporate.
He needs anger management at the minimum and customer service 101 at the very minimum...
