My complaint:
So, a few months ago, I brought into Staples on Newbury Street approximately HP 24 ink cartridges. I let them build up before bringing them in to Staples. In the past after accumulating them, when bringing them in, I have never had a problem. Well guess what? they are missing. I am trying to place an order, but they told me there are no cartridges under my name. I am wondering if an associate stole them and placed the cartridges under his account. What other reason would there be. Anyway, I spoke with an associate online and she told me they expired. WHAT !!!! I figured once again I was getting screwed. She offered me a $20.00 gift but I declined. That means I get screwed out of close to $30.00. I was NEVER told there was an experation date on these. WTF is going on here? I need someone to call me. A friend of mine on a local TV station told me she could do an article on this so others don’t get caught up in this scam…. especially where Christmas is right around the corner. Money is scarce these days and I would hate to see others getting film-flammed like I was. You haveno idea how pissed of, yet upset this entire incident makes me. Why do these big companies take advantage of us elderly.

You tell me? They need to look into my account and see what is going on. I deserve my $48.00 gift for those cartridges. I have another bag of them here, but I will NOT even think of bringing them to Staples. I wonder why these companies take advantage of us elderly people. ALways getting scammed. Please, see my complaint. I m not upset, but pissed off at the same time. The time limit on these was NEVER told to me nor did I receive a receipt for the ones I brought into you folks. I need paper and cartridges right now but it is probably best that I and my neighbors no longer buy our products from you. Even they are sceptical.
