My complaint:
Complaint did not process, probably due to hidden constraints in the digital complaint form, and therefore the letter to this incident is attached in a image-file.
Suggested solution:
Stansted Express is requested to reimburs a total of £ 75, which is the financial loss due to being illegally detained for more than an hour, and scammed by company staff member for £ 20 (not £ 20,20) at site.
