My complaint:

Hello,
I got on the train at Tottenham Hall and paid my ticket by contactless, I arrived to Stanstead airport and the lady asked me for the train ticket in order to let me into the terminal if not she asked me to pay £71.40. This amount its crazy plus I tapped my card so I don’t understand why I had to pay 2 times. When I checked the ticket was £21.40. This is taking advantage of the people.

Suggested solution:

I want the refund of £50, the difference between £71.40 and £21.40 just because I paid contactless.
