Stake.com complaint: Tried to self exclude, they didn’t let me and I went back and lost everything I had

My complaint:

I tried to self exclude from stake.com because I gambled away too much,..it didnt work.
So I went to the self exclusion page, request self exclusion and got an email.

Everytime I tried to press the email I got to the site and I got a error message, when I tried to request self exclusion on the page again it didn’t work, because it said I had already requested a email.
So I asked the support, they told to me to send an email which I did but low and behold nothing happened.

Now I’ve gambled away a lot more then I should have and I know it’s my fault, but at the same time it shouldn’t be this hard to self exclude, and you should especially not get a error message when you press the link in the email.
I’m going to seek legal advice to cope up a bit of the thing I gambled away (1.4btc) , because as much as I blame myself, I know if they would let me self exclude one month ago it wouldn’t have looked like this right now.

I’m adding images so you can see, I’m sending this email because I hope you can reimburse me instead of me going the legal way. I also attach my case with the swedish legal ombudsman, tomorrow I’m going to a jurist.
If I get reimbursed what I lost, after I tried to request self exclusion I will take back all my complaints from both the legal swedish way, and tried to self exclude from stake.com because I gambled away too much,..it didnt work.
