My complaint:
i had received a deposit offer on mail in which it was mentioned that i have to deposit 10$ and wager 10$ then i will get 10 $ bonus . SO i did the same and after 1 day they sent me a mail for claiming 10$ bonus but when i tried to claim it, it was showing bonus not available. When I asked to their support team regarding this they said that i am not eligible for the bonus as i had withdrawn the funds. But it was no mentioned anywhere in the mail that i had not to Withdraw the funds . i am attaching all the mail and chat (on mail) Screenshots
