My complaint:

I have only started sports betting a few months ago in October of 2023, I started with Stake.com to bet mostly on boxing and MMA matches on the weekends for fun.

Just this last weekend I was placing bets on matches and noticed that the bids I could make were quite small/reduced in size substantially, this was happening for a few weeks I noticed; on Saturday I created a second account (without realizing this was a breach of their terms), to bet on the same boxing matches I made on my main account, and see if I could bet more, it appears I was able to bet a lot more on the same fights, and I placed on three matches that evening, all of which were winners.

After the bets settled, I had updates on my main account and the newly created one stating there was a temporary suspension due to the terms being not met on this new account. The account was used by myself, with my business funds directly, as my main account has been this entire time, no different persons involved, no outside funding from another party, and no illegal or nefarious activity at all, I simply bet on three matches I had already placed on my main account to increase the bets from the same day, I admittedly did not know this was an issue or read about this specifically.

After speaking with their teams on email and through support, I was asked to upload my KYC documents to them directly on my account SgtRabs, I had done this with all documents, they then asked me to be patient while KYC looks into this account (my main); three days go by and I am emailed back (after I had been seeking updates daily, they never replied to those emails), they stated I needed to upload again, all of my documents to KYC (for a second time), they had lost my documents internally, or simply wanted to restart this arduous process of waiting while I have 66,924 XRP of my income locked in the account I made AlphaRomeo90.

I have since uploaded all documents two more times, to both accounts, the documents they now have:
1. My BC Drivers License (Both sides)
2. A photo of me holding my passport with all details, and a piece of paper stating the date and time and my main account name (as requested)
3. BC Hydro electrical bill (showing address link)
4. Business banking statement with all information personally and for my business which I own.
5. Earlier I sent them my incorporation documents for my business to prove my sole ownership (Income source)

Please help, this has caused me a great deal of stress, and I have provided them with more information than is requested here, to prove I am the single user, for personal use, working from my own source of income which has been verified by documents I have sent directly.

I greatly appreciate any and all support, this has caused a great deal of stress while they have been unresponsive in helping me here, my life’s savings are currently being held by them against my will after completing all necessary documentation, only to be days later emailed stating it was not uploaded…

Suggested solution:

I would like to have my account verified fully from the documents I have now re uploaded three times and to have my funds released to me to withdraw to my personal ledger wallet.
This has now been over five days.
Thank you,
Adrian
