My complaint:
Melissa Duncan an employee told me that when I got housing they would pay the deposit. Now I ou is refusing to pay it. I have 4 young children living with me and my fiancé We have been together going on 11 years. The children aged 3,5, 10 and11 are cold in the a l apartment and no way to cook our food which is going to spoil and they are hungry because we have food to cook but no money to buy prepared food
Suggested solution:
Pay the deposit so the kids will not be cold and hungry.
