My complaint:
The manager has spent an awful lot of money on the store- not donating to the poor. New pricing system, new tagging system, new registers, new foyer, new carts, decorating the store.
The coats were tagged so they did not go on sale all winter. Prices are set so high it is ridiculous- $249 for a purse, $60 for boots, and it goes on.
I do not feel she is supporting the mission at all.
Suggested solution:
Contact the manager and review her expenditures and the books in general.
