Square complaint: No Sales Report No ansers from Anyone

My complaint:

I need help getting a daily sales report from Square. I have called customer service 5 times. And finally got an email from someone there. I believe it was a robot. At first said they would help me. After about the third email they deactivated my account. Why? Because I asked for a yearly sales account report? The account was in my dad’s name William L Johnson. He passed away in 2017 and I took over the business. They just realized it in May of 2022 when I asked for a sales report The next day they closed the portion of the account in my fathers names which was started in 2009.All I could see was one transaction in May 2022. I need the whole year of 2021 and 2022. One of the customer service Rep’s. was very helpful and said yes I found it. His account. He said he would forward it up to compliance to handle it from there and have heard nothing. I emailed them every day for over a week. What do they have to hide? I am at my wit’s end. I do not know what to do. I could call customer service again but they will not do anything except pass it off to Compliance. I have the copy of power of attorney over my dad’s estate and a copy of his death certificate. I told them this. But no anser. Please can you help me. By sending me a daily sales report for 2021 and 2022. I've got a feeling that something is not adding up.
