My complaint:
I’m a gamer who would always listen to music whenever I would game. Music is my life and I love it a lot. Recently, I purchased Spotify Premium due to the 3 month trial they were giving away. I was excited to use the Spotify app and download my favorite playlists so I could listen to music without using my wifi. My wifi at the time was extremely bad and I had to use a software and a connector to enhance it. My computer updated and suddenly my Spotify app stopped working. It would open, however it would just be the grey background color. The only thing visible besides that were three dots on the left corner that said exit, edit, etc. I couldn’t see anything that included music. It was just blank. I got a bit frustrated and thought it was on my end so I looked online to see if there was any resolutions or something close to it. I tried all of the Youtube videos to fix it and nothing came up. I restarted the app, deleted it, and re-downloaded it. I also restarted my computer numerous times. I came to a conclusion that this started happening as soon as I got Spotify Premium. Before I would use Spotify free with ads and I never had this issue. I cancelled my Spotify Premium along with the free trial of 3 months. I was upset but I restarted my computer and the app worked again. I went back on the website and got Spotify Premium again. As before, the same thing happened once my computer updated and the app was back to what it was. Now that concludes why I’m writing this complaint.
Suggested solution:
They should look more into why this is happening to the app and if it does happen to people with this, please give us the benefit of the doubt. I really wanted to keep my 3 month trial but I had to cancel it because of this situation. I tried fixing this situation for about a month now and I can only conclude that it's the app itself.
