My complaint:
We ordered a Car Thing that was shipped and when it arrived, we opened the box and it’s the cable and 12 volt power adapter was not working. We immediately reported to the issue in early December and have been going back and forth with them for almost two months, who keep telling us they are researching it and will get back to us. We have sent emails, twitter messages etc. and the only response we get is to send an email and someone will reply to us. Which has been a complete waste of our time and money ($85). No one at Spotify, Spotify Cares, etc will address this issue and just keep sending us from one party to the next.
Suggested solution:
we just want a working C Cable and 12 volt power adapter
