My complaint:
MY house burned down 1/7/2025. I called Spectrum to,cancel. They did not. They put on vacation hold. Seasonal hold. I was charged for 12 months. I had the money automatically taken out of my bank account. I did not know that I was being charged. I have spoken to many Spectrum reps. Nobody has helped me. starting Feb. 2025 through January 2026 I was charged $1452.34
Received refunds, totaling 1196.32. Spectrum owes me 256,02
