My complaint:
Isn’t Spectrum supposed to give homeowners a heads-up before coming on their property and digging? I received no notice. Plus, they hit a water line that sprayed mud all over my car. Awesome!
Suggested solution:
Give homeowners advanced notice so that their cars are not next to where they dig.
