My complaint:

I have been disappointed with the level of service over the past days with Southall Travel despite me calling from For over 1 hour all I get is agents talking over me and I don’t thing they understand customer service and straight talking.

Suggested solution:

Straight talking and re-acting quickly rather than repeat questions and a very rude level of service when I requested to speak to a team leader
