Sonic Drive-in complaint: Rude worker

My complaint:

I click the button to place my order and one of the rudest people I have ever encounter came on and said yes. I begin to place my order and she kept it that it. I stated no that I was not finished. She sighed and then said yes again. Once again is that it. I stated yes. I begin to pay for my order and the card reader would take it. I pushed the button again and the rude worker came on and yes (very rudely). I started told her about the card reader and she kept saying she could hear me. I shouted and she still stated she could hear me. I saw a bellhop walking back in and I asked her to assist me. This rude worker clearly did not want to be at work and her attitude said it all. She does not need to be taking orders and she is not a people person. I know everyone is shorthanded right now, she really does not to work in this kind of business. It is obviously not for her. The worst service ever!!!

Suggested solution:

The business needs to train this worker or get rid of her immediately because she will cause them to lose business. They have already lost mine. I would like an apology from the business.
