My complaint:
SoFi blocked my account for no reason and is holding my funds and cannot provide me with any reason it’s blocked my bills are due my employment direct deposit is to be in and how am I suppose to pay my bills
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and let me close my account so I can get access to my funds
