My complaint:
Rec’d an email from SoFi that my acct was frozen. No explanation why, just that it had something to do with “a deposit”. It’s been over a month. I am unemployed have no other income and I let this money in my acct to pay mortgage and bills and food. They won’t give me any info or timelines o my that they are “investigating”. There is nothing to investigate and all my bills are getting returned and it’s screwing up my credit and costing me tons of late fees and charges from my creditors…THIS IS CRIMINAL OF THEM TO STEAL MY LINEY FOR NO REASON!!! Avoid SOFI at all costs!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
SoFi needs to unfreeze my acct or send me the money in my acct and u will close it and take my business elsewhere. They are crooks!!!!
