My complaint:
I received my refund from the IRS in May I had Total Access to my funds and then in July suddenly my account was frozen and I was told that it was because the money that was sent is being recalled I’ve called the IRS they have found no discrepancy in my tax return I have called this Bank dozens of times only to be hung up on or told different things as of now I have still not received my money this is incredibly frustrating as you can imagine because that money was rightfully mine from the federal government now it’s saying that although my name was on the transfer I misrepresented somehow I don’t know what this means I’m not a con man or a fraud person this has been a terrible Nightmare and I do not recommend this Bank people beware beware
Suggested solution:
To start by unfreezing my account or closing it and issuing me a check for the money that's remaining would be a great outcome although I doubt that that's what's going to happen
