My complaint:

Someone stole my phone and did a mobile deposit with a check that wasn’t mine. I reported to sofi that my phone was stolen and the check was not authorized. They reversed the deposit so no money wad used and then they froze my accounts saying I violated their terms. Now I am receiving an election notice from my landlord because my VA direct deposit and work check is deposited into this account but I can’t access the money. When I call the number they tell me to call they say they are investigating it and there is no one I can talk to and nothing I can do. Now when I call they just hang up on me. I have several accounts there and money that I need access to but I can’t get it. I sent them 2 messages and called the same day the check was deposited as you can see from the photos I have attached.

Suggested solution:

Unfreeze my account or send me my account balances.
