SoFi complaint: Daily transfer limit

My complaint:

I have to pay child support each month and I simply need the ability to transfer 2-3k in a once a month to the same person. SoFi arbitrarily limits this to 1k and their only answer is it’s a limit to all members and for “my security.” If I authenticate and authorize this reoccurring transaction, then it’s not a security risk. This isn’t for “my security,” and the representative couldn’t say why. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I’d get a call in 24-72 hours, which is unacceptable! She also said that they couldn’t help me either. I asked who could help and got the same BS of for “my security!” I’m so sick of companies using my security as a reason to weld control over MY money!

Suggested solution:

Use common sense and allow for customers to have control over their own security and money! I didn’t ask to be treated like a toddler and don’t appreciate it! Also teach your employees better and give them information to explain things better instead of repeating the same BS.
