My complaint:
Not fully disclosed that you IP addresses location which is dictated by your provider will eliminate you local channels. So burned out of one months charges since they kept the channel on until.they took my money! No refunds and fox was the only reason why we signed up! What a Scam!
Suggested solution:
They should issue immediate refund due to breach of contract, they use the loop hole of market based on zip code, well mt tv and router never moved! Shouldn't be based on ip address!
